1) You should move as much as you can daily. Walk your dog. Play with you kids. Just a little exercise 45 minute a day will help keeping your fitness.

2) Try to avoid junk food such as fatty meats, bacon, ham. Eat healthy. Remember, you are what you eat.

3) Quit Smoking and drinking. They are poisoning to your body. Try to minimize it. If you can, quit.

4) Reduce your stress. It is hard to do, but you should do as much as possible.
