      Military personnel must be repeatedly educated about the consequences of HIV/AIDS and other forms of deadly STDs along with preventive measures to avoid contacting any sexually transmitted infections (including education on correct condom use). The military personnel must also be provided with free counseling, voluntary testing facility, and most importantly, they must be provided with a stock of free condoms to encourage them to begin their journey towards safe sex.
